Project Management Services
LHC brings decades of experience and up-to-date understanding of natural resource-related issues and actions in the public, private, and non-profit sectors to function in policy, regulatory, and research arenas. We draw from knowledge and experience with organizations and business management practices to help clients establish goals and objectives, meet timelines, comply with requirements, and address expectations of stakeholders/communities. Likewise, the LHC team conducts studies for governmental agencies related to overall missions and/or specific issues and works with clients to develop strategies and tactics related to mission.
LHC manages large scale projects, coordinating timelines and products with multiple contractors to stay on time, on budget, and on mission. We use an array of services, such as Smartsheet, to support collaboration when appropriate.
